1. Kiheo Farm Input Support | Active
Status & Impact: Fundraising and farmer registration ongoing. Expected to increase yield from 5 bags to 12 bags per 1/4 acre, boosting food security and income by $120 per farmer.
Repayment Model: After harvest, farmers return 1 bag of seeds to support the next group, ensuring complete project sustainability.
2. Secondary School Fees Support 2027 | Preparation
Objective: Ensure no needy child from Kiheo drops out after primary school due to lack of fees. Current status is at 0% (preparation stage, awaiting KCPE/KPSEA results Dec 2026).
Plan of Action: Identification of needy students in progress with the Head teacher; fundraising targets set.
